Customer Care Administrator - Construction


£22,500 - £25,000

Our client, a growing and well-established construction company, are recruiting for a Customer Care Administrator to join their team.

The main purpose of the role is to provide a professional and responsive administrative support within the Customer Care Department reporting to the Head of Customer Care.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Knowledge of Clixifix system (preferable but not essential)

oCompleting finishing orders on the CF

oAdding new client to Clixifix

oRunning reports on Clixifix

Ensure the end of DLP (defects liability period) is completed on time

Assist with writing and implementing the customer care paperwork

To respond to any Customer Care queries from colleagues/clients and customers

Collate minutes during and Customer Care meetings and produce meeting reports

Assist with reviewing Customer Care documents

Making appointments for internal staff visits and subcontractor visits to site

Taking calls throughout the day relating to Customer Care matters

To be a proactive member of the team, continually seek to improve and develop own skills and the performance of the team and operate within and comply with company policies, procedures and values at all times

To help compile and produce reports when required or internal and external use

Produce site set up packs when required

Support operations in updating customer care information requirements

Support other departments when required
