£35,000 - £40,000 basic salary plus full package


This is an exciting opportunity for a delivery focused Design Coordinator to get stuck into a variety of new projects for a growing off-site specialist main contractor who are at the forefront of the industry.

My client are a specialist contractor who focus on delivering modular solutions to Leisure, Education, Industrial and Building industry generally in the North West predominately. As the business has grown, so has the team, and they now require a Design Coordinator to join that growing team.

They have numerous live projects and a number of schemes in the pipeline all of which are supported by an on and off site factory where their modular units are built. With the order book for 2019 already full, their future looks bright and stable and with this in mind they are looking to continue their sustained growth by building in a few new members of the team.

My client is currently looking a Design Coordinator with strong delivery experience to join an exciting growing team to support with projects.

These Design & Build modular projects are one of a kind and will require a well versed, process focused candidate to supports the current team.

The candidate will assist with/manage the design process in order to develop a design compliant with all contract requirements and in the most cost effective way. All information will be fully coordinated in order to deliver the project on time, within budget and to meet the client requirements.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage consultant’s scope and budgets. Proven experience of managing design on within a similar environment is a must, with a working knowledge of the UK Building Regulations. The perfect candidate will mixed project experience, having worked on either Education or Healthcare projects.
