£45,000 + Package


One of our main contractor clients has an opening for a Framework Delivery Manager. They are a main contractor in the general construction market with framework contracts covering the M62 corridor.

Job Role: Reporting to the Senior Framework Director, the Framework Delivery Manager will be responsible for the complete life-cycle delivery of framework programmes and one off projects allocated to the team.

Person: The successful candidate will be a senior management professional with demonstrable experience of leading a team to deliver operational and commercial functions within a construction environment. As well as excellent client stakeholder management, the post-holder must possess the ability to inspire the team in order to gain the trust and respect necessary to drive revenue and profitability growth while maintaining the highest levels of quality and health & safety.


  • Excellent communication and influencing skills in order to inspire and motivate a team, while effectively managing senior client stakeholders
  • Well-developed time management and prioritisation skills, allowing time to strategise while meeting tight delivery deadlines
  • Confident in delegating tasks while maintaining full oversight of all functions within the team
  • Ability to deal with conflict in a timely and equitable manner by adopting tact and diplomacy in an assertive fashion
  • Proficient in using MS Office especially Excel
  • Experience of working in the construction or affiliated industry
  • Preferably a business related qualification or academic aptitude to gain this if required
