HR & Office Manager (Construction)

Salary open depending on experience


An excellent opportunity has arisen for an excellent all round individual with HR and office management ability based in Preston, working for an expanding business that have built up a fantastic reputation in the Construction sector.

The Role

Daily running of an office

Support the MD with any tasks inc. booking appointments, quotes etc.

Maintain company administration and spreadsheets

Handle any complaints that come in

Manage staff and subcontractors including direct labour

HR duties including staff holiday, sickness, interviews, new starter packs and HR contractual matters

Prepare Payroll information

Keep in the loop with all contracts to ensure contract administrations are handling all issues

Attend events with the MD on occasions e.g. meeting new clients

Ensure H&S accreditations and insurances are up to date

General admin support

Skills/Experience Required

Solid Office Management experience

HR qualification and track record

Experience within the Construction sector

Experience managing contracts and liaising with subcontractors



Able to work in a small team and fast-paced environment
