Outline of the role

Working with the firm’s board and senior leadership team, you will be responsible for bringing the business objectives to actuality through the implementation of effective marketing and business development strategies that drive growth across the group whilst promoting their strong brand, vision and values.

Duties to include:

  • Work with this construction companies’ senior team to help shape the strategic direction of the group and support this with coherent marketing and business development strategies.
  • Develop and drive team initiatives to effectively grow each business area and identify further opportunities for attracting new clients.
  • Promote group-wide offerings to existing clients and identify ways to encourage and support cross sales within teams.
  • Coordinate the marketing and promotion of the firm by way of marketing materials, websites, brochures and literature, e-bulletins, newsletters and apps.
  • Generating market intelligence to enable the management team to evaluate their performance within their markets, including researching and analysing market trends and competitor activity.
  • Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the board and senior team.
  • Promoting the company internally and externally through CSR activities in keeping with their values and brand.
  • Working with an established marketing team overseeing their responsibility to ensure a consistent approach.
  • Ensuring all work produced is accurately and to the highest standard.
  • Dealing with all communications in a timely manner and where possible.
