Our client, a growing and well-established construction company, are recruiting for a Receptionist to join their team in Warrington.

The role is to facilitate the smooth running of the site office and ensure that the office is run efficiently.

Receptionist Duties:

Welcoming visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering or referring queries accordingly.

Keeping the reception area tidy and ensure it project a business-like image.

Ensure in the morning that kitchens are well stocked with milk, sugar, biscuits, tea and coffee for internal meetings and provide refreshments.

Directories; reviewing and updating internal/external contact lists in outlook (contact list sent out at the start of the month to everyone)

Ensure that visitors follow security and safety procedures and control access (monitor visitor book)

Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers in

In the event of a fire and/or any other emergency requiring staff to leave the building, follow procedures to safeguard visitors’ safety and security.

Designated fire warden in case of any fire emergency

Provide general light administrative and clerical support as requested

Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments

Send out birthday greetings

Prepare correspondence and documents

Manage meeting room bookings/project review meetings

Ordering stationary & equipment as and when needed

Preparing meeting rooms
